foreStar Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product or installation.
foreStar will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that proves to have a defect in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage.
If a warranty question arises, the customer must contact foreStar, and if requested, return the product at their expense for evaluation.
The warranty does not cover product damage that results from abuse, neglect, improper installation, lack of reasonable maintenance, or improper use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of components, including, but not limited to rubber or plastic parts, springs, fabrics, vinyls, coatings, and other moving parts.
This warranty is exclusive and does not include a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor does this warranty include any right to incidental, consequential, or other damages. (Unless required by law)
